Refund policy

NOTE: It is of utmost importance that you retain the original envelope (and all boxes) that your order arrived in for 30 days. This envelope is the one that has your name & address, the warehouse info and tracking details.

REFUNDS POLICY
+ Returns are discretionary and are not accepted for frivolous reasons.
+ Buyer’s Remorse cases are not entertained.
+ Health & Personal care items cannot be returned in compliance with State Hygienic Laws.
+ If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

RESTOCKING FEE IF A RETURN IS ACCEPTED
+ For a return to be accepted, you need to have the original order envelop (and all boxes) that your order arrived in. See first line above.
+ All items are subject to a 35% restocking fee. We do not refund any shipping and handling fees.
